Graffiti is as intentional as it gets. Rhythm can be another story. Frequently, rhythm is the result of occurrences or sequences overlapping. I found this example in a Highland Park parking lot, forming a highly lyrical state of rhythm as a result of the overlapped interactions of three scrawled glyphs: those in gray, white and red. Alas, this dancing series of marks was eventually (inevitably) sprayed over with a tag of lesser rhythmic significance. Just bigger.
